Full-time Class 2 position with HIAB - £35,000 annual salary

Join a leading UK builders’ merchant as a permanent Class 2 HGV Driver.

What You'll Do:

• Drive Class 2 vehicles delivering building materials to local customers
• Load/unload using a HIAB crane
• Provide excellent customer service on multi-drop routes
• Cover multiple areas for absences, holidays, and sickness as an Area Driver
• Hours: Monday–Friday 07:30–16:30 with Alternate Saturdays 8:00 - 12:00

What You’ll Need:

• Valid HGV Class 2 (Cat C) Licence
• CPC and Tacho Card
• Positive attitude – Multi-drop experience a bonus, not essential

• Some HGV experience, preferably in permanent position - ideal to be offered the HIAB training

Full-time Class 2 position with HIAB training - £30,000 - £31,500 annual salary

Join a leading builders’ merchant as a permanent Class 2 HGV Driver.

What You'll Do:

• Drive Class 2 vehicles delivering building materials to local customers
• Load/unload using a HIAB crane (full training provided if needed)
• Provide excellent customer service on multi-drop routes
• Hours: Monday–Friday 07:30–16:30; early finish on Fridays at 15:30.

What You’ll Need:

• Valid HGV Class 2 (Cat C) Licence
• CPC and Tacho Card
• Positive attitude – Multi-drop experience a bonus, not essential
• No more than 6 points on licence
• Some HGV experience, preferably in permanent position - ideal to be offered the HIAB training

Permanent HGV Class 2 ADR tanker position with good pay, overtime, stability and benefits

Benefits:

• Full-time, permanent role with monthly pay and good benefits
• Monday to Friday plus 9 contractual paid Saturday per year (all weekend work at overtime)
• AM starts: 05:00AM–07:00AM
• £37,200 basic salary with OTE of £50,000+ (especially busy over Winter with plenty of overtime available)

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Deliver heating oil (Kerosene) + Red & White Diesel.
• Drops to domestic and commercial sites
• The fleet is a mixture of manual and automatic so you should be able to drive both.
• 200m self-retracting hose – safe and efficient delivery.
• Role is approx. 40% driving / 60% fuel delivery.

What We’re Looking For:

• Valid Class 2 licence + ADR (Class 3 – Flammable Liquids)
• Full training provided
• We would be very happy to consider HGV drivers with their ADR qualification, but who have not used it yet.
